Pricing & Ordering FAQs
We supply industrial fasteners (bolts, nuts, screws, studs, threaded rods, washers, rivets, anchors, and non-standard/custom parts) plus metal products (carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel in wire, bar, sheet, plate and tube forms, and precision metal components).
We produce to GB, DIN, ISO, ANSI/ASME, JIS and BS standards. Please specify the exact standard number (e.g. DIN 933, ISO 4014, ASTM A193) and any required revision when inquiring.
Material choice depends on strength, corrosion resistance and working temperature. As a general rule: carbon steel (e.g. grade 4.8–12.9) for most industrial uses; stainless steel 304 (A2) for indoor or mild outdoor; stainless steel 316 (A4) for marine/chemical environments; alloy steel for high-strength applications. Share your application and we will recommend the best option.
For metric fasteners we offer property classes 4.8, 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9; for stainless steel, A2-70/A2-80 or A4-70/A4-80 (ISO 3506); and ASTM grades such as A307, A193 B7/B8 and A325/A490 for American-standard requirements.
Common finishes include zinc plating (blue/white, color, black), hot-dip galvanizing, Dacromet/Geomet, nickel plating, blackening, phosphating, and passivation for stainless steel. We can also arrange anodizing and Teflon coating. Please specify the coating thickness (e.g. in μm) and any environmental requirement such as RoHS/REACH.
MOQ depends on product type and size. For standard fasteners it is usually [e.g. 1,000–5,000 pcs per size] ; for stocked metal materials we can accept [e.g. from 500 kg] . Trial orders for samples or small batches are welcome.
For stock items, delivery can be arranged within [e.g. 7 days] . For production orders, typical lead time is [e.g. 20–40 days] depending on quantity and process (cold heading, heat treatment, surface treatment). We confirm an exact production schedule after order confirmation.
Yes. We provide samples for evaluation — the sample cost is [free / deducted from the bulk order] , with shipping paid by the buyer. We can arrange sample production within [e.g. 3–7 days] .
For fast and accurate pricing, please provide: product type, standard (e.g. DIN 933), size (e.g. M10×30), grade/material, surface treatment, quantity, and destination port. For metal products, add grade, dimensions/thickness and finish. Drawings (PDF or STEP/IGES/DWG/DXF) are welcome for custom parts.
We can supply material test certificates (MTC / mill test reports), chemical composition and mechanical test data, and inspection reports (e.g. EN 10204 3.1). Third-party inspection by SGS, BV or other agencies can be arranged before shipment.
Payment terms: usually [e.g. 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment] , with T/T; other terms negotiable for regular customers. We support trade terms of [EXW / FOB / CFR / CIF] .
We control quality from incoming material to final inspection: [certified production management / 100% pre-shipment inspection] , batch traceability, and experienced QC staff. Seaworthy export packing is used for all shipments to protect goods in transit.
